Yoga In My Bodyism Activewear
Bodyism is a little healthy haven in Notting Hill, featuring fitness studios and a relaxed cafe serving beautiful food and drinks. I have been coming here since I moved to London, whether it’s to have an acai bowl, to workout, or to simply have a coffee and a catch up with a friend. It’s one of those places where you always feel welcome and are greeted with a friendly face, which can be hard to find in the city.
As well as the gym, Bodyism is also a luxury activewear brand with clothes so beautiful you’ll want to wear them all day long. Anyone else just love lounging around in your workout leggings and sports bra?! I’m wearing the ‘I Am Exotic’ leggings* and bra* here with the ‘Zoe Tank‘. I have never seen such a glamorous yoga mat as this rose gold one, also from Bodyism*. It’s almost too pretty to put on the floor!
I love how the activewear is so unique with the bright and quirky patterns and flattering shapes, but I also rate this activewear because of how comfortable it is to wear whether I’m doing an intense workout, boxing or yoga.
