Three Workout Outfits

As it’s a new year, I have decided to update my workout clothes to keep me feeling motivated when it comes to working out. I’m a strong believer that the more confident you feel with what you’re wearing at the gym, the harder you will push yourself and have a far more rigorous work out. That’s why I hit the shops to find the best latest gym clothes.

Here are three different outfits from three very different retailers, ranging in style and price.

The first is Missguided, an affordable online fashion retailer. I accidentally found their active collection while I was browsing their website, and I was so impressed with the clothes on offer that I immediately bought this monochrome outfit. The shapes of this design create a flattering silhouette, and the best part is how affordable it all is;

The second outfit is from the new sports collection at Next, NX Sport. I recently went on a fitness retreat with Next to launch their sports range, and it was immediately apparent that the theme for the collection is bright colours and patterns – exactly what I look for in activewear! The bright coloured vest picks out the same bright orange from the pattern in the leggings, and I’ve tied the whole outfit together with a grey hoodie over the top. (I receive a % of revenue from products featured here)

Thirdly, I had to pay a visit to my favourite sportswear apparel brand Sweaty Betty. For me the quality of their clothes really stand high above the rest, with the super soft and comfortable materials and the impeccable style. Here I have chosen a pair of deep green leggings with mesh panelling that elongate the legs. They’re also reversible, in a plain black and grey on the other side. The long sleeved top is a body temperature stabilising run top that feels lightweight and breathable.
