What I’m Eating For Breakfast
This is a paid for advertorial in collaboration with W.K. Kellogg.
Breakfast is by far my favourite meal of the day, I love all the different options and how there are certain foods that are just made for mornings. I even sometimes in the evenings plan my breakfasts for the next day!
Since moving into the new house, mornings have taken on a whole new level. I am waking up earlier and have really gotten into a routine of going to the gym at 6:30am and coming home for a relaxed breakfast with Joe at the kitchen table before the day fully begins.
I am so unbelievably happy that W.K. Kellogg are championing plant based eating by creating these new granolas made from super grains, nuts, seeds, and fruit. Also, my two favourite flavours Apricot and Pumpkin and Coconut, Cashew and Almond have no added sugar.
I think it’s a total game changer in the supermarkets – healthier granolas that are affordable and accessible to everyone.
My go to breakfast has been the Apricot and Pumpkin Seed Granola with almond milk and topped with a handful of berries.
How do you like to have your granola in the mornings?
